  cleanup Mac OS X build script

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  I thik that the build script for mac should:
   - follow some conventions as the build script for windows: create build in the same place
   - if possible do not use .spec file but let pyinstaller create it automatically (.spec format is not stable and could be changed in the future)
   - customize it to be more portable to other mac installations: e.g. do not use hardcoded paths
