  Options dictating when to display the CCLI copyright information

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:

Bug description:
  CCLI only requires the information for a song, and license number, to
  be displayed in the footer for 30 seconds. If possible, it would be
  nice to have the footer disappear after the first slide or on a timer.

  Note this CCLI FAQ says it is also enough just to display on the last slide http://www.ccli.co.uk/faqs/faq.cfm?id=635
  So this should be provided as an alternative option too (based on verse order I would say)
