Live screen unblanks after exiting "Configure OpenLP" with OK

Bug description:
1) I have encountered this same issue on the Windows (7 Home Premium
x64) build of 2.0.3 and previous versions of OpenLP on Ubuntu
(Kubuntu).
2) 2.0.3
3) Launch OpenLP, ensure live screen is blanked, Open a saved service,
double click first song in service so it is live (screen is still
blanked like it should be), go to Settings...Configure OpenLP, don't
change anything, click OK (clicking cancel at this point will not
reproduce the behavior). Live screen will become UNblanked even though
the toggle button shows the screen should be blank. Toggling the
blank/unblank twice will make the screen blank again. The preceding
will reproduce 100% on my system. I have also had it happen midway
through a service when I need to change a setting, this is where it
becomes most distracting for congregation, but I can not find a
sequence of events to reproduce 100%.
