  Crash while downloading thumbnails

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  New

Bug description:
  When running the first time wizard, OpenLP crashes while it downloads
  the thumbnails.

  The problem is that we do Qt stuff outside of the main thread here:
