  Update URLs in About Dialog

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  New

Bug description:
  The about dialog has URLs for Python, Qt, PyQt and Oxygen Icons.

  The Qt URL needs to be changed to http://qt.io and the Oxygen URL
  needs to be removed (the domain contains just ads).
