Agreed that media do not have themes. So this is probably the correct
behaviour. What happens when you go live on a song with a different
theme when blanked to theme? That said, we do have have global and
service themes! Perhaps blank to them for media should blank to one of
those.

Bug description:
  To reproduce:
  Add a video to a service.
  Select "Blank to Theme".
  Play the video. 

  Expected behaviour:
  Blank theme continues to display.

  Actual behaviour:
  Blank theme is replaced by black screen.

  Details:

  Confirmed Operating Systems:
  Windows 7
  OS X 10.9

  OpenLP Version:
  2.0.4

  A log file is attached, although I'm not sure how useful it will be.
