Quick update -

Again, not sure if this will be helpful, but I noticed tracebacks in the
OpenLP log after running OpenLP not in debug mode and importing a song
as mentioned in my last post.

OpenLP did not visibly crash however.

so here's the log file:

Title:
  importing song with CCLI Songselect crashes on mac

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  New

Bug description:
  I got this crash twice in a row.

  Using Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite, OpenLP Build 2445.

  Actions:
  1. Import song with CCLI SongSelect importer
  2. log in with SongSelect account
  3. search, select desired song for import
  4. import completes successfully
  5. choose 'quit' to exit the importing dialog
  6. Open LP crashes
  7. on restart, the song is indeed in my database
