  Service Item Notes on Stage view

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:

Bug description:
  Hello,
  There are twice Service Item Notes on stage view in OpenLP 2.1.1: under the clock and under the verse.
  It's in stage.js lines 36 and 118. 
  I think it should be Song comment under the verse
