  Error message when presentation preview not generate - osx

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Expired

Bug description:
   If the user double clicks a ppt item in openlp on osx then the error 'The presentation /filename is incomplete, please reload.'.
  - this is probably caused by not generating presentation preview.
  - Is it supposed that every presentation controller should create a preview of the presentation?
    - If so, could there be added a property to the controller where it could be defined whether preview should be created or not?

  How the integration works (MacOffice 2011):
  - preview of presentation file is not generated
  - when user double clicks on ppt item in openlp then a powerpoint window is opened
  - the user can see the presentation in powerpoint and use directly powerpoint to control the presentation.
  - powerpoint will show the presentation on second screen and thus override the openlp content on the 2nd screen
  - when the user double clicks on another ppt file then another new powerpoint window is opened
  - when openlp is closed then all powerpoind windows are automatically closed with openlp.
