Whilst I agree its not critical, I would not call it a corner case, as
two developers discovered it independently. Also, I wouldn't categorise
it as wishlist as its not a feature request.

  Dragging service manager, prevents dragging songs to it

Bug description:
  Windows 7
  OpenLP 2.1.1 build bzr2445

  If I drag the Service Manager window to a new location, I am then
  unable to drop a song into it that has been dragged from the Song
  Library.
