If I remember correctly this was fixed shortly after 2.1.1 beta release,
and I cannot reproduce it in the current nightly build (bzr2475). Please
update and re-try...

  Drag and drop to Service Manager always goes to bottom

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:

Bug description:
  Win 7 and Linux Mint. Lost the ability from 2.0.5 to the nightly build to drag and drop in a specific location. 
  Dragging and dropping from the Media Manager to the Service Manager now always ends up at the bottom and then you can drag and drop it up to where you want it. 2.0.5 you could drag and drop from Media Manager to Service Manager and drop the file anywhere in the service.
