Now that I can properly start OpenLP I can see all the title bar icons
are missing! Could just be this machine. Somebody has installed a
Windows 7 theme!

Could somebody else on windows confirm please?

Bug description:
  After installing the nightly OpenLP-2.1.1-bzr2467-setup.exe on a clean
  xp system (registry entries, appdata & program files deleted) and
  starting it for the "first time" the "Select Translation" dialog box
  pops up, but it does not have an icon.
