  author type "words+music"

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  New

Bug description:
  There is a "words+music" author type in AuthorType class
  (/openlp/plugins/songs/lib/db.py). I can successfully import an
  OpenLyrics XML with this "words+music" type (<author
  type="words+music">Chris Tomlin</author>). It think this should be
  prohibited, because this is not OpenLyrics 0.8 compliant. See the
  right way here: #1405172

  1) Ubuntu 14.10
  2) OpenLP 2.1.1
  3) Try to import the attached OpenLyrics file. The song is imported correctly with author type "Words and Music".
