Title:
  Players tab in settings layout is resizing incorrectly

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  The layout on players tab in the settings causes the second group box
  to be centred vertically. This not only looks wrong, but does not
  follow the behaviour of the other tabs.
