  author type words and music

Bug description:
  The import method of author type "words and music" is bad. The result
  is a duplicated author with "words" and "music".

  1) Ubuntu 14.10
  2) OpenLP 2.1.1
  3) Step to reproduce
  - create a song with an author type "words and music"
  - export the song
  - delete the song
  - import the song: the importe is not same as the exported
  Or import the attached song. The expedted value is: Chris Tomlin (Words and Music), Ed Cash (Word ans Music), Jesse Reeves (Word ans Music), Lakatos Péter (Translation)
