  Cloning a song doesn't copy linked audio

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When you clone a song which has linked audio, the linked audio is not
  copied along with the rest of the song's elements.

  Tested with OpenLP 2.0.1 from Ubuntu resoitories, and also "trunk"
  build, on Xubuntu 13.10
