[Bug 1412784] Re: Preview media slider repeatedly shows "Error Occurred" dialogue box

Confirmed on another install of XP. It would appear that the root of the
problem is that WebKit does not have video enabled (well at least on the
xp versions that I was using).

To fix this I'm working on feature detection in
Webkitplayer.check_available, rather than checking the platform.

Title:
Preview media slider repeatedly shows "Error Occurred" dialogue box

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Windows XP Nightly Build r2479

With webkit selected as the media backend.
Added a wmv video the the media media manager
Sent it to preview, and it didn't appear to be playing
I dragged the seek bar and the "Error Occurred" dialogue popped up with the following traceback.
Upon clicking "Close", the "Error Occurred" dialogue repeatedly showed up (I assume this was every time the slider emitted an update signal)
