Bug description:
  In the First Time Wizard there are available 2 Czech Bibles for
  download. But on sf.net there are 3 czech Czech Bibles.

  This is also true for Sv_t_P_smo_Katol_cky_Preklad.sqlite &
  Uma_Version.sqlite

  The
  http://sourceforge.net/projects/openlp/files/resources/frw/download.cfg
  is missing file Cesky_studijni_preklad.sqlite.
