I had fixed this by moving the settings upgrade code to the initialise
method. However, this was rejected in my merge proposal. I've had a
quick look at a way around this, but I could not come up with anything
effective.

  Media disappears on upgrade

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  On upgrading from OpenLP 2.0 to trunk rev2475 the items in the media
  mediamanager get lost.

  Ubuntu 14.10

  How to reproduce:
  Start from a clean slate (delete config and data files)
  Start OpenLP 2.0 and add some media files (in my case .oggs)
  Close OpenLP2.0 and run trunk
  The media manager is empty.
