Title:
  When deleting a presentation from the mediamanager the cursor remains
  busy

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Using 2.1.2 (beta2) on windows, when deleting a presentation from the
  mediamanager the cursor changes to "semi-busy" and never changes back.
  This happens with both powerpoint and pdf.
