Bug description:
  Our media operators are not a very coordinated crew. Currently the
  delete option is the second option down in the right click menu. Due
  to their lack of coordination and also struggles with technology
  specifically mouse track pads on laptops they have deleted several
  items from the media manager when their intent was to edit them.

  I would prefer us to have a more skillful media crew, however we are
  probably stuck with what we have. So it would be nice if the delete
  option could be moved to the bottom of the list or possibly that the
  already good confirmation menu (obviously they don't read this menu)
  could actually reach out and slap the person trying to delete
  something.

  This bug is easily repeatable if you have poor coordination and refuse
  to read confirmation menus.
