The preview-panel does have focus and the selection of text-items moves
when using the arrow keys, but the preview-display doesn't update.
Clicking with the mouse on the items or using the next/prev buttons
updates the preview-display.

Bug description:
  Win7 and Linux Mint using nightly build.

  Preview a song or Custom or Bible verses in the preview side. Clicking
  the down arrow will change the slide up top but the viewer window does
  not change. It stays on the first slide.

  Expected behavior: Using the down arrow on the preview side should
  change the slide viewer to sync with the top.
