Been looking at this an it is a mess.

App_setup is for post initialisation stuff but.

Bibles calls it direct.
Images and Presentations use it to move their settings called from main window.

It does not seem media has had any app_setup code added to it.

You cannot remove app_setup if necessary override initialise.
