Title:
  No cancel button on FTW "No inetrnet page"

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  When running OpenLP for the first time an the FTW "No internet
  connection" page  states: "To cancel the First Time Wizard completely
  (and not start OpenLP), click the cancel button now." yet there is
  only a finish button.

  One should be added, or this statement should be removed.
