  Remove support for .theme files

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  .theme files were used in OpenLP 1.x as the importer is currently
  raising an error, and upgrade paths < 2.0.5 are no longer supported
  the .theme import code should be removed.
