  One failed download stops first run wizard

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:

Bug description:
  trunk 2494

  If several items are selected to be downloaded, but one of them fails,
  the First Time Wizard displays a message about the internet connection
  and then exits despite the other files downloading ok.

  We should alert the user to any failed downloads, but continue through
  the wizard.
