  Volume slider shows in preview controller

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  New

Bug description:
  The media plugin sends media files to the preview controller muted and
  does not allow the volume to be adjusted. Despite that, it still shows
  the volume slider.

  Either the volume slider should not be shown, or greyed out, or it
  should adjust the volume.
