After looking into this, it seems this is not a bug. As far as I can tell the shortcut are (and probably always have been) hardcoded to by default use shortcuts based on the English names for "song-parts".
In my opinion the shortcuts by default should be localized, but I guess this should be a wishlist-item, not a bug.

Bug description:
  In beta 2.1.2, when using a non-english language with different
  verse/chorus/etc shortcuts for navigating songs in the
  slidecontroller, the localized shortcuts isn't used, only the english.
