  Allow selecting multiple items in Service Manager

Bug description:
  Win7 64bit, OpenLP v2.0.3 and older.

  You cannot use CTRL/SHIFT+left click or arrow key to select multiple
  items in Service Manager section.  It would be useful to allow this
  since the service changes radically from week to week, but would still
  be nice to start from last week's sermon rather than starting from
  scratch.
