Title:
  Edit button on preview toolbar disappears when editing custom

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Select a custom slide

  Edit the custom slide using the edit button on the preview toolbar.

  Click "Save"

  The Edit Button/icon on the preview toolbar disappears. The only way
  to get it back is to select another custom slide.

  This behavior was fixed for Songs in bug #1382672.
