  OpenLP shows wrong thumbnail when new and old image has the same name

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Seen in trunk bzr2528 (post beta3).

  To reproduce:
  Create 2 different images with the same name in different folders.
  Load the first and preview it, then delete it again.
  Load the second and the thumbnail in the mediamanger is the thumbnail from the first image.
  The preview shows the correct  image though.
