@Phill: I've made a workaround in my bugfixes20 where going from a
theme-blanked item to an item which doesn't support theme-blanking will
now result in switching to black-blanking. This should be thought of as
a temporary fix. The better fix is to add theme-blanking to the
presentation and media plugins.

Bug description:
  To reproduce:
  Add a video to a service.
  Select "Blank to Theme".
  Play the video. 

  Expected behaviour:
  Blank theme continues to display.

  Actual behaviour:
  Blank theme is replaced by black screen.

  Details:

  Confirmed Operating Systems:
  Windows 7
  OS X 10.9

  OpenLP Version:
  2.0.4

  A log file is attached, although I'm not sure how useful it will be.
