Title:
  When diplaying a presentation from a loaded service the
  slidecontroller is blank

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Confirmed on windows and linux using powerpoint and impress presentations.
  In OpenLP 2.1.5

  Put a presentation in a service, save the service, remove the presentation from the mediamanager, clear the servicemanager (create a new one).
  Now re-open the service and go live with the presentation. The slidecontroller will show image-frames for each, but each frame is blank!
