I could not reproduce this on linux running 2.1.5.
I imagine the problem is that VLC somehow plays a tiny bit of the media when being closed...

Bug description:
  Audio from blanked video on sending song to live

  When video with audio is blanked and song is sent to Live after that, audio of the video is played for about 1/10th of a second. 
  Happens on portable 2.1.5 on Win 8.1 / Win 10, other platforms/builds not tested by me.
  Running portable vlc.
