Plain "OpenLP" works for me. I'm getting a bit tired of the version
number changes in various places. Also, I prefer "OpenLP" over "OpenLP
2".

  Windows Installer: Wrong default start menu name

Bug description:
  When installing OpenLP 2.1.6, using the Windows installer, it suggests the start menu folder "OpenLP 2.0.4".
  This should be "OpenLP 2" or something like that instead.
