The old 1.2 docs won't get back up, so I'll just update the links in the
manual to point to the new api docs

  returns a page not found error.

  Perhaps the description and broken link should be edited to point to:

  openlp.plugins.bibles.lib.csvbible?

  In addition, it might be helpful to link to the docs page from
  http://manual.openlp.org/bibles.html#importing-csv-formatted-bibles
