If you plan to edit core files outside source control then you are fair
game for splatting.

Need to provide a override mechanism to allow customizations of this
file.

  stage.css

Bug description:
  Hi all,

  I make changes to my stage.css file in the html folder. Every time I
  upgrade that file also gets upgraded and all of my changes are lost.
  Can you stop that from happening?
