Public bug reported:

If OpenLP is set to use English as language and
a song with multiple authors of the same type is sent live,
the "and" in between the authors remains in localized 
language instead of being English.

For an example, I’ve set OpenLP to use English but it still displays “ja”
in between the authors (which = “and”
