  Support song import from VideoPsalm

Bug description:
  VideoPsalm uses a fairly simple JSON format for storing songs, it
  should be fairly easy to import from. Attached is an example. The song
  books are usually stored in
  C:\Users\Public\Documents\VideoPsalm\SongBooks\
