Title:
  Startup display on second monitor hides items send live

Status in OpenLP:

Bug description:
  Seen in current trunk (post 2.3.2) on linux. Might apply to other
  platforms as well.

  When on a dual-screen setup, OpenLP starts by displaying the OpenLP logo on the presentation screen.
  Currently when sending native OpenLP items live the startup screen stays on top of the presented item and effectively hides it.
  A simple workaround is to blank to desktop and unblank again.
