At the moment there is a problem with non-working dialogue "x" buttons thus this can't be tested.
I would assume the problem remains the same.

  If closing DVD/CD window while opening disc = traceback

Bug description:
  If Disck selection window is closed after "Load disc" 
  is pressed and it is loading, the following traceback appears:

  Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "D:\OpenLP_Development\OpenLP_Code\2.2\openlp\plugins\media\forms\mediaclipselectorform.py", line 258, in on_load_disc_button_clicked
  AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'audio_set_mute'

  Win 8.1 / OpenLP 2.2.1 + VLC 2.2.1
