I like that the extensions are visible, so I disagree on this. But we'll
see what others say... I could probably be done as an option.

  Hide media filename extension (.jpg etc)

Status in OpenLP:
  New

Bug description:
  At the moment OLP displays filename extensions such as .jpg, .png,
  .mov, .ppt, .pdf and .mp4 for media files.

  I feel like this information is irrelevant and should be hidden by default.
  Users could still see their filename extension by using their OS file browser if they so desire.
