Bug description:
  If you try to delete a song or custom slide, following traceback
  appears:

  Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "openlp\plugins\songs\lib\mediaitem.py", line 367, in on_delete_click
  TypeError: not all arguments converted during string formatting

  Win 8.1 / OLP 2.3.3

  Edit: This was due to missing %d in Finnish translation for the delete
  message.
