  Videos only play audio after resumed from escape item

Status in OpenLP:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  If video playback is stopped with escape item and then resumed,
  only the audio is played. Image does not  re-appear.

  Win 8 / OLP 2.2.1 / Vlc
