Bug description:
  In OpenLP 2.4 the bug-report window which is shown when encoutering an
  uncaught exception produces a new traceback when pressing "Send
  email":

  Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "openlp\core\ui\exceptionform.py", line 188, in on_send_report_button_clicked
  TypeError: QDesktopServices.openUrl(QUrl): argument 1 has unexpected type 'QUrlQuery'
