I tried it and it is neat. There is only one problem. When all those
options are disabled, then double-clicking verse in preview pane adds
the song to the service, and does it every time you double-click, which
is odd.

Also I myself would vote to not making this optional. Advanced tab in
settings is a mess already.

Bug description:
  I wish OpenLP could send items to preview when clicked once in Service Manager.
  This functionality could be linked together with the "Show items in preview when clicked on Library".
