Title:
  i upgraded from 2.2 to 2.4 and i can not open openlp anymore. i have
  uninstalled and reinstalled tried everything i could think of, even go
  back to 2.2 but i cant get either to work. on 2.4 i get the fatal
  error at startup " openlp returned -1" I cant run the program in debug
  mode, it gives me the same error. please help

Bug description:
  i did not realize further info would come up; i put all details in the
  summary. i am running windows 10 and my computer is not very old maybe
  a few months

  the exact steps are to merely try to start the program ; i can not get
  it to run at all.
