  Dropdown in 'Manage plugins' should be a checkbox

  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  In 'Manage Plugins' the state of a plugin can be changed used a dropdown.
  Since it's only a true or false setting, this should be replaced with a checkbox
  or something like the on-off toggles of android/ios
