  Send email button does not work on traceback

Status in OpenLP:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When "Send email" button is pressed on traceback, a new instance of
  default browser is opened but the report does not get sent.

  Win 8.1 / 2.4.1
  Also seen this in earlier versions.

  .log stops on traceback so no log data available for this.
