[Bug 1589815] [NEW] OpenSong files with non-numeric CCLI cause an exception

When importing OpenSong song files, if the CCLI field contains non-
numeric characters (e.g. "GE") then the importer throws an exception:

  ValueError: invalid literal for int() with base 10: ''
